As the Chef de Cuisine, Samara starts her day by ensuring all the orders are accurate and assisting the staff with necessary preparations. From butchering and fabrication to setting up the lines, she plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth operation. Whether working alongside her team or expediting during dinner service, Samara's expertise and creativity shine through in every dish.


What she loves most about her job is the ability to be creative and bring people together through food. With her passion for flavors and culinary arts, she enjoys experimenting and developing new menus to provide a unique dining experience for our guests. Samara's journey in the food industry began with managing an ice cream shop and working at a pizza place brewery. She then pursued culinary school to refine her skills and techniques.


Every day, Samara utilizes a range of skills, including knife skills, managing different personalities, organization, cleanliness, and even culinary math and computer skills for inventory management. For those interested in pursuing a career in the culinary industry, she suggests starting as a dishwasher and gradually working your way up through different stations, gaining experience and knowledge along the way.
