Throughout the day, children actively engage with various materials, learning through play and exploring their interests. Renee and her team provide guidance and support as needed, allowing children to develop their skills and independence.


Renee's educational background includes a bachelor's degree in liberal studies and a teaching credential. She further enhanced her knowledge with early childhood education units at MiraCosta College. With her expertise and commitment, Renee has become a mentor teacher, guiding and inspiring other educators.


There are multiple educational paths to becoming a lead Pre-K teacher at Children's Paradise. You can either start by enrolling in a community college and gaining the required 12 ECE units or pursue a bachelor's degree and teaching credential before joining our team. Regardless of the path you choose, a genuine love and passion for children, families, and education are essential.


Being a lead preschool teacher comes with its challenges, such as staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the ECE field. However, the rewards far outweigh the challenges.
